Webscension provides MVP (Minimum Viable Product) development services for startup founders. Our services include design, development, and launch support as outlined in our service packages.
2Engagement
By booking a call or submitting a project inquiry, you agree to provide accurate information about your project requirements. A formal engagement begins only after both parties sign a project agreement.
3Payment Terms
50/50
50% upfront, 50% on delivery

4Revenue Guarantee
Our “first paying customer within 90 days or full refund” guarantee requires:
- ✓Active participation in the launch process
- ✓Implementation of recommended marketing activities
- ✓MVP launched within agreed timeline
- ✓Refund requests within 90 days of launch with marketing evidence
5Intellectual Property
You own everything. Upon full payment, all IP rights transfer to you—source code, designs, and documentation.
We retain the right to showcase the project in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
6Confidentiality
We treat all project information as confidential. We will not share your business ideas, strategies, or proprietary information with third parties without your consent.
7Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or business opportunities.
8Termination
Either party may terminate with written notice. Upon termination, you receive all completed work. Refunds for incomplete work will be prorated based on progress.
9Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
